- You will not disrupt public order or engage in behaviour that threatens the platform’s integrity.
- You will not interfere in the any operations of You & Me or in the process of executing any function.
- You will immediately stop contacting any user who requests that you do so.
- You will not post, copy, modify, disclose, or distribute confidential information or any material subject to intellectual property rights without prior written consent.
Account Suspension and Termination
Interactions with Customer Support
- When communicating with our customer care team, you must remain respectful. Any abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexist, threatening, or harassing behaviour will result in immediate prohibited from the event with no refunds.
Off-Platform Behaviour
- Me & You reserves the right to investigate and/or deactivate your Account without refund or reimbursement if we determine that you have misled Me & You or its users, misused the service, or engaged in inappropriate or unlawful behaviour—even outside the platform—if it involves users you met through Me & You. Such behaviours also includes violations of applicable laws of India, violations of Me & You policies and any act which infringe or harm operations of the App.
Safety
Me & You does not conduct criminal background checks or formal verification of its users’ statements. You are solely responsible for taking appropriate safety precautions when using the website and when interacting with other users.
